*Items are juried (we will determine if your items are a good fit for our store)

*Electricity: Additional $5 per month

*Commission: There is a 10% commission payable to BSE on items sold. 

*Transaction Fee: There is a 3% credit card fee when your items are purchased with a credit card

* Booth dimensions are listed on the application.

*Rent amount is per month. 

*All booth walls are 8 feet in height.

All vendors are required to have a W-9 on file and will receive a 1099-Misc at the end of the year.
